Technology is enabling us to broaden the reach of our services, run our practices more efficiently, and market our businesses in new ways. It can be a challenge to protect our clients and ourselves with rapidly changing tools and requirements. In this workshop, we will discuss how to ethically use technology clinically and in the marketing and administration of your practice.

About the Speaker:

Dr. Laura Spiller is the founder of the PractiSage Therapist Collective, a coworking community designed for Houston therapists, and the owner of Heights Couples Therapy. Through PractiSage, she helps therapists create sustainable and meaningful private practices.

In her practice, Heights Couples Therapy, she specializes in intensive couples therapy. Her practice also includes supervision and training for therapists in emotionally focused therapy. She is on the board of the Houston Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy and serves as President of the Houston Psychological Association.

She completed her doctoral training in clinical psychology at the University of Houston and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. For over 10 years, she was a professor who trained clinical psychology graduate students, conducted research on relationships, and taught professional ethics.

Non-member Professional registration: $15.00

Non-member LPC-Associate and Graduate Student registration: $10.00
