Program Title:  Reclaim Value, Power and Abundance. A Woman’s guide to restoring trust in relationships and getting out of the Co-addicted Love Addiction/Love Avoidance Dance

Program Description:

Love addicts assign too much value, time, and attention to another person, while neglecting to care for or value themselves. The love avoidant systematically uses relational walls during intimate contact in order to prevent feeling overwhelmed by the other person, associating "love" with obligation, duty or work. 

When these two find each other, which inevitably they will, it's just what happens, it is the makings for a Co-Addicted relationship. This workshop will explore some of the relational trauma layers that make up why it’s so difficult to get out of this Dance and what to do about it.

Experiential exercises will be part of this workshop.
