The Gottman Method is an approach to couples therapy, which includes a thorough assessment of the couple relationship and integrates research-based interventions based on the Sound Relationship House Theory created by Dr. John & Julie Gottman.

The Gottman approach incorporates the Nine components of healthy relationships, which helps partners enhance intimacy, nurture fondness and admiration, turn toward each other instead of away, build and enhance love maps, address gridlock issues/conflicts, make dreams come true, and create shared meaning.
